(B) How Do We Treat Your Information?
When you contact us via our website formular or directly by email, as part of a buying process, we collect your personal information, such as your name, phone number and email address. This does not allow us to add you to an email list, and in case you don’t hire us, we will delete our email correspondence, containing your personal information, after 3 months. We may disclose your information, if it is imposed on us by the law.
When you browse our website, we register your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address. This provides us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Facebook Pixel Tags are applied to track conversion and direct relevant stories to our followers. The pixel tags helps us measure our return on investment as they provide us with the information on people’s online behavior that is a reaction to viewing one of our ads. By having the pixel tags on our website we can track the conversions back to the ads we are running on Facebook.
Email & Promotional Content
Email marketing is not one of our primary channels of communication. But, in the aftermath of a good dialogue or collaboration, we may ask you, if we should stay in touch. You will be given the chance to explicitly agree (opt-in) to receive promotional content from Zevegraf. This might be news about our company our new services, as well as relevant research and insights. We will send this to you via email. You will also be given an option to opt out of receiving our promotional materials every time we send you a piece of email content. There will be an Unsubscribe button in the email. Our mailing program, Mailchimp, allows us to see when you open our email and click links in them.
Google Analytics provides us with insights on how users use our website. All information is stored by Google in the United States on its servers. The informations is presented to us in the form of reports which presents us with general information about the user activity on our website – not specific information on how an identifiable user browses the website. Google does only receive your truncated IP address. This is sufficient for Google to identify the country of your location, but is not sufficient to identify you, or your computer or device, individually.
We use both Google AdWords and Google Remarketing, which are operated by the company Google Inc. For measuring conversion with Google AdWords, a conversion tracking cookie is placed when a user clicks on a link leading to our website from a Google search. Google does use a different cookie for each Google AdWords customer and there is no consolidation of the cookie data with other data. If you click on one of our Ads and proceed to a page equipped with a conversion tag and the cookie has not yet expired, the conversion is documented. When you click an Ad of ours, a Google Remarketing cookie is placed. This cookie makes it possible for us to show you Ads at a later time – when you browse pages of the Google content network.
